Return Policy

At I Heart Weapons, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a straightforward return policy.
Return Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition
- Products must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into Your Account: Visit your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Request a Return: Click the “Return Items” button and follow the prompts to select the items and reason for return.
- Print Your Return Label: After your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic returns only).
- Package Your Return: Place the item(s) in their original or similar packaging, including a copy of your packing slip.
- Ship Your Return: Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at any USPS location. We recommend getting a tracking receipt for your records.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective items)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original purchase for a refund. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
If you prefer a direct exchange:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Select “Exchange” as your return reason
- Specify the size/color you wish to receive instead
- Note that exchanges may take 10-14 days to process completely
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping charges
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Free return shipping is provided for defective items or if we sent the wrong product
- International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties
Late or Missing Returns
- Returns received after the 30-day period may be accepted for store credit only, at our discretion
- If a return package is lost in transit, please contact us with your return tracking information
Gift Returns
For gifts, we can issue store credit or exchange the item. Please contact our customer service team with the order number or gift receipt.
