This policy outlines the shipping methods we offer, estimated delivery times, costs, and other important shipping information. Please read this document carefully to understand how we handle shipping for your orders.
COVID-19 Update: While we continue to ship orders daily, please be aware that delivery carriers may experience delays due to increased volume and safety protocols. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Processing Time
Before your order ships, it goes through our processing system. Here’s what you can expect:
- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions) processing may take up to 3 business days.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are listed below:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping method you select at checkout. Here’s a general overview of our shipping rates:

Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
Additional shipping charges apply for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. These rates will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates start at $14.99 and vary based on weight and destination. Exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
Free Shipping Policy: Orders over $75 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping methods, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or international destinations.
International Shipping Information
For our international customers, please note the following:
- International orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive after processing.
- International shipping is available via USPS International Priority Mail and UPS International services.
- The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees that may be imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in your shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing in your country.
- Please ensure your country allows the import of our products before placing an order.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account and viewing your order history
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our customer service team with your order number
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses you provide incorrectly.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@iheartweapons.com. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not yet shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, there are some limitations to where we can ship:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for orders using UPS services.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or package consolidators without prior approval.
- Some countries may have restrictions on importing clothing with firearm imagery or Second Amendment messaging. Please check your local laws before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While rare, packages can sometimes be lost or damaged during transit:
- If your package is shown as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first.
- If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for 5+ days), please contact us for assistance.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damaged contents, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Split Shipments
Large orders or orders containing items from different product categories may occasionally be split into multiple shipments to ensure faster delivery of available items. If your order is split, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each shipment, and your original shipping charge will not be affected.

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review our shipping policy periodically to stay informed about updates.
